I have just published with Philosophy and I am very impressed by the speed, care and responsibility with which the people of the journal handle the review process and the co-operation with the author. I got prompt and helpful responses to all queries, and the people who corresponded with me always showed high professionalism concerning the academic aspect of the process and flexibility concerning technicalities. My experience of publishing with Philosophy has been ideal. What is perhaps even more important is that the journal hosts articles of great quality and covers a very wide spectrum of topics. The more I browse the contents of the journal (and focus on specific publications which are more relevant to my own interests), the more I get convinced that this is a wonderful venue for innovative approaches to major philosophical questions.
